Order confirmation
Before an order is confirmed, our team will confirm the device model, storage, color, condition, final total, delivery method and estimated timing. Photos and color selectors on product pages are references, not guaranteed live inventory.
24-hour delivery
24-hour delivery may be offered for qualifying local addresses and verified, in-stock orders. It is not a universal guarantee. Your eligibility, delivery charge and confirmed time window will be provided before purchase. See our 24-Hour Delivery page.
Standard or other delivery
Where available, alternative courier or shipping services may be arranged. Estimated transit time, applicable charges and tracking details depend on the service used and will be confirmed with your order. Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Delays and failed delivery
Inclement weather, holidays, carrier capacity, address errors, verification or events beyond our control can cause delays. Contact us as soon as possible if the address changes or a delivery is missed so we can review available options.
Inspect your order
On receipt, compare the device with your order confirmation and contact us promptly about a missing item, damage or incorrect model. Keep packaging and supporting photographs where practical.
