These terms concern use of Mobiles Upgrade’s website and requests to purchase devices. Mobiles Upgrade is an independent retailer, not Apple Inc. or an official Apple Store.
Product descriptions
Product pages contain model information, illustrative 3D visuals and reference photographs. Specifications, software features, colors, storage configurations and supported networks can vary by model, country and software version. Confirm your exact device and configuration before purchasing.
Prices, availability and orders
Published product references do not guarantee available stock or an accepted order. Price, taxes, fees, condition, included items and delivery options should be explicitly confirmed before payment. Submission of an enquiry does not obligate either party to complete a transaction.
Payments
Only use payment methods confirmed through an authorized checkout or direct communication with the retailer. Payment verification and fraud prevention checks may be required. Do not provide payment-card credentials through informal messages.
Delivery, returns and warranty
